Wouldn't it be good if you could see which suggestions are still open and which are already done? It would certainly make people a little more geared towards collaboration by stating where they can add an opinion.

If the list of suggestions had those that are already done and built into the software striked , it would be easier to know which ones aren't and where you can make a difference.

That will do for the reporting side of things. The other side is how will developers mark a suggestion as done. A check box inside the edition page will pretty much do the trick. It is simple and complete enough: unchecked stands for "waiting for approval" or "under development" and checked for "done".
