This feature is not done

Motiro needs to be prepared to deal with revisions that change a large piece of the code base. It is pretty good to retrieve and display small and medium revisions, but does not scale very well to large ones.

The reporters need to be prepared to take measures to guarantee that all revisions get retrieved and we will certainly need to use some AJAX magic to display changes. Responding with a 2 meg+ HTML table isn't very practical.
