As novas sugestões de recursos são inseridas no final da lista (link
"Antigas") apesar de serem exibida com horário de modificação posterior.

Isto pode estar acontecendo com os demais tipos de página wiki também e
deve estar relacionado ao fato das novas sugestões não serem relatadas
no feed RSS.

New feature suggestions get placed at the bottom of the list ("Older"
link) even though the modification time is greater.

Maybe this is also happening to the other wiki page kinds and has something
to do with the RSS feed not reporting new suggestions.
