<item><title>Special characters and page names</title><description>&lt;p&gt;When creating a new page, any special characters entered in the page title are
transported to the page name (that one used as the page address). In the end the
URIs get pretty ugly, like &lt;a href="http://www.motiro.org/wiki/show/BarraDeNavega%C3%A7%C3%A3o"&gt;http://www.motiro.org/wiki/show/BarraDeNavega%C3%A7%C3%A3o&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Proposed solution:&lt;/b&gt; Change special characters for their ASCII counterparts
