Feature references not striked in revision comments

Revision comments sent to the source code repo can include references
to suggested features, but the references do not get stroked when the
feature gets done.

This probably has something to do with server caching. The feature
reference gets properly decorated when it is marked as done before any
referring revision comment is viewed. When the revision is viewed
before the feature, the page seems to be cached without the strike
and served always this way. The revision cache is never obsoleted.
